Operation: A New Hope was created by the Central Texas Squad of the Star Garrison in the 501st Legion to help the local relief efforts. The operation provides a way for members of the local 501st Legion to participate in relief efforts and reach out to neighbors during times of crisis. 

The wildfires in Texas have devastated the lives of many.  A total of 190 fires burned across Texas.  The fires in Bastrop alone destroyed 1,554 homes and scorched 34,000 acres.  This is a small step in the right direction to help those who were affected by the fire.

Funds raised will go directly to helping CAFB in this disaster response. The relief effort will be long-term and monetary donations will be necessary for many months.

Your donation goes a long way. Every $1 donated provides $5 worth of nutritious food for hungry Central Texans.
