Eat Like a Hobbit

Every year on the Saturday closest to J.R.R. Tolkien's birthday, Tina and I throw an "Eat Like a Hobbit" party. We watch all three Lord of the Ring's movies (extended edition, of course) and eat all seven hobbit meals throughout the day. Tina and I cover the cost for all the food, but we ask our guests to donate to the Capital Area Food Bank to help feed those in our community that are in need.

This year, we are doing a virtual fundraiser to make it easier for our guest to donate and to invite other friends, family, and acquaintances to donate as well. Please click the big red DONATE button on the right side of the page and help us out if you can.
